• Connecticut Natural Gas

  A Denali Group professional played a primary role on the implementation team of a project implementing PeopleSoft's Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory and Purchasing modules. Functional expertise, knowledge transfer and application de-bugging were the primary values delivered to Connecticut Natural Gas. This expertise was put to work managing the unit and user acceptance of all four applications. He implemented requisition and journal workflow approval. In addition, this Denali Professional executed the successful deployment of General Ledger, Inventory, Payables and Purchasing.

• Utilicorp United

  A Denali professional worked with the customer to analyze all delivered PeopleSoft workflows. Upon completion of the evaluation, 20 PeopleSoft workflows were selected for implementation in the first phase of the project. The selected workflows utilized e-mail notifications, worklist routing, approval processing and database agents. All 20 workflow functions were successfully implemented and spanned several applications including Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management and Purchasing.

• Norstan Communications

  A Denali Group professional performed a pilot walk through on PeopleSoft's Purchasing application. Early in Norstan's implementation, they wanted a tutorial style walk through of the application, which would prepare their professionals for PeopleSoft training and the business process reviews. The result was a very interactive session that was partly a pilot of the software and partly a tutorial of the PeopleSoft application.
